Website Availability: We aim to keep the website available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance and updates may cause temporary downtime.

IT Support Hours: Support response times vary by package (see FAQs). We provide 24/7 monitoring for client systems under management agreements.

Emergencies: Critical issues may be prioritized based on service agreements and severity.

Pricing: Pricing for services is provided during the free IT assessment or in formal quotes. Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

Invoicing: Managed IT services are invoiced monthly in advance. Additional services are invoiced upon completion.

Payment Terms: Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in service suspension.

Contract Duration: Service agreements run on a monthly basis. No long-term lock-in required (see Cancellation section).

Flexibility: We offer flexible, month-to-month service agreements. You can cancel with 30 days' written notice.

Our Responsibility: We implement automated daily backups and security measures as part of managed IT services.

Your Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining additional backups of critical data outside our systems. We recommend redundancy for mission-critical data.

Recovery Support: While we provide backup and recovery solutions, we cannot guarantee 100% data recovery in all scenarios. We will make reasonable efforts to recover lost data.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NuLink is not liable for:

Total Liability Cap: Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Intellectual Property

Website Content: All content on our website (text, graphics, logos, images) is the property of NuLink Solutions or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright.

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you provide to us. By providing content, you grant us the right to use it for service delivery and improvement.

Third-Party Software: Services may utilize third-party software. Use of such software is governed by their respective licenses.
